They weren't very clear, I suspect that it would be a case by case basis.

I've been notified about a successful scholarship application, but it still says pending on the website. There is another one I haven't been notified about. On their live chat thing on Thursday they where saying it varies for each scholarship and you should call the scholarships office to check.
