    for the question about which of the options may be an aggrevating factor, what did you guys put? i put the age of the offender because i know young offender = mitigating factor, therefore older offender = aggrevating? starting to doubt myself thinking it was age of victim :(

    judge was correct. it didn't ask who determined guilt/innocence. don't remember the question but i'm pretty sure judge was right

    i'd assume so, the one we studied in class is from 2008.. not as far back as yours but if you can't find anything else use it.

    Did all nighters for bio and english advanced exams, worked well for me. Legal has sooooooo much content and i seem to be constantly doubting myself and how much i know lol. Only way for me to feel comfortable is by going over everything as close as i can to the exam :)
