OH LOL! Yeah it is, oops! I got it mixed up with our trial :s I really hope there's nothing on law reform either :/

    young offenders

Yeah, since it's the first run of the syllabus, they can't really pull any tricks on us THANK GOD Very very very likely that it's going to be on effectiveness! Pretty much anything in that second column of the syllabus is possible haha. I really hope it's not on international crime though! And...

    which module scales the best?

Oh really? I've heard that Textual Dynamics and NTG were the hardest haha, I don't think it'll matter that much in the long run though :)

    young offenders

You can definitely write that in but I don't think that the question will be on young offenders because it was already the one that was in the specimen paper. The 15 marker will probably be on international crime (yuck lol) or one of the other crime things

Getting a Band 6 in Visual Arts

Basically, the questions in the HSC are really broad (well, for the 25 marker anyway) so you really only need to know about 3 artists really well. Since there are 9 questions there's probably a really high chance that they'll ask something that you've prepared for. I tend to like doing practice...

    which module scales the best?

Pretty sure the Modules scale, Textual Dynamics and Navigating the Global scale the best - not sure by how much though

    General Thoughts - Ancient History

They've never really pulled tricks on students in ancient. I think the exams are really just a matter of 'did the stuff you studied for/know the best come in the test'

    Raw mark for band 6?

It's generally 83-86/100 so I'd assume this year would be something around that mark as well

Anyone else upset that you only needed <25% of your coursework?

Haha, this is the same for nearly all subjects. Maybe except maths (I wouldn't know - I don't do it)

    Module B Hate Thread

Re: Module B - too specific? I do poetry, but I'd imagine that Speeches would be the worst because, all the speeches don't even really link to each other ... ? At least with Gwen Harwood she actually IS talking about the same over and over! Oh well, the texts do get aligned right?

General Thoughts: English Advanced Paper 2

As soon as they told us to check the pages, I could just see half of my grade's faces dropping lol I do Gwen Harwood, and LUCKILY I did the poem they specified, but I cannot imagine what I'd do if they asked for an analysis of another one :/ NO MORE ADVANCED!!!!!!!!! :D

General Thoughts: English Paper 1 (AOS)

I can imagine a lot of people getting realllllly screwed over for creative because it was so specific! D: BUT It was okay for me - filled out 2 booklets on each section and finished with 5 minutes to spare :D Essay was a bit eh because one of my paragraphs was on interpersonal...
