I did a term of a Diploma in Arts at Westmead campus for a term and I opted out and applied for B International Studies and I got in with a GPA of 6. So it is possible either way, doing a term of it or actually finishing it. Unless if you fail more than one subject, you are guaranteed to get...
I'm currently doing B International Studies at UWS and I feel it's not challenging at all (I have brilliant tutors & lecturers) with the content. My GPA is decent (right now I'm sitting on 4.4). I was thinking of transferring at the end of the year and I was wondering is it hard to transfer and...
Not sure but I already got allocated majority of my units (except for one tutorial). I think it's because I had only one preference for most of them.

I do B International Studies (just finished my first year) - your major is International Relations & Asian Studies (long title I know). It's chosen by default unlike choices for B Arts.
The reason why uws is classified as a "shithole" (which isn't the case at all - depends on the person), because it is a new university - it's 25 years old next year. To be honest, you get a degree at the end and those who think that uws is a shithole and blabs on about prestige should get their...

1. How much money should I be aiming at to save up (considering the costs of air fares, accommodation, etc)?
2. While I looked at both University of Leeds...
From a HSC graduate:
I did all my excursions in the junior years, mainly because I did it at my home school and I did Continuers through Open High (going to the face-to-face lessons & exams were 'excursions' according to my school). In the Junior years, I went to the Nihongo Tanken centre in...
