mmm yes. well i was looking through the syllabus requirements and BOS states young offenders is new to the syllabus ...BUT ALSO A STRONGER FOCUS ON LAW REFORM. is it possible to do sentencing and punishment since that was the specimen paper? wouldnt there be too many prepared answers?

interesting that you point this out.. because when I was doing the specimen paper I blanked and realised my class had not be taught anything on law reform when referring to human rights. I just referred to the development of human rights. I really hope the 8marker question is on a contemporary...

thats totally stupid! well if anyone has any other resources they would share im guessing it would be appreciated by everyone. if i come across anything i shall post it up... right now trying to sieve through the checkpoints book.. but those questions are the themes are challenges .. was looking...

hey guys! im still confused as to how this exam is set out. from what i have gathered -mc is on crime and human rights -s/a on human rights -15mark crime essay.. anything on crime? -x2 options 15 mark essays. any predictions on 15mark essay? what could they test us on and predictions...
