In an exam situation i'd be more inclined to write 'with respect to x' rather than w.r.t. I know it's tedious to fully write it out but if you think back to curve sketching using calculus we can't abbreviate points of inflexion to P.O.I. Basically just write it out... it will only take 3 seconds...

I know it sounds cliche but don't stress too much as you will start to have second thoughts, then get nervous and then forget what you have learnt. The best advice would be to think about things really logically. I'm sure you'll do great!
