For my uni, UQ, fees are accesible through the student portal that also allows you to enrol in classes etc. Will be different depending on the uni, check their website or the paperwork that came with your enrolment stuff.

2009 ACT ATAR: 95.85 My first estimate from school at the start of the year was 86-96, then around 93-94 a few months ago. I'm just really nervous now since the cutoff for my first preference was 95.8 last year. It'd going to be a painful wait!! But generally I'm really happy with my result :)

Check out flying schools at your local recreational airfield. For Sydney that would be Bankstown. Have a trial flight (usually about $90 or so for 20min or so in the air) and going from that book your first lesson and so on. Depending on how you're finding it, what feedback your instructor is...
