ive had no security details thing to fill out :( not happpy. is everyones pin 4 digits?

ive tried logging in the past 45 mins - it just keeps saying invalid details i know my details are right unless the pin is wrong.

can someone just tell me the number i need to get on there? is it the 8 digit number? the one we write on every single page of the exam? cause its not working :( i just wanna know my marks! arghh someone help :S
