i dont reli understand the maths ppl are throwing around but isnt inflation formula this:
cpi current yr -cpi previous yr / cpi previous yr
??!
but thats not even the maths u need for that q??
u need the nominal gdp formula which is
nominal gdp x base yr/cpi
?? right?
so 19 is d?? please say yes haha
anyways. this is what i had:
1. a
2. b
3.c
4.b
5.a
6.d
7.c
8.a
9.a (not sure)
10. d
11. a (not sure)
12. c (now not sure after discussions in this thread)
13. d
14.a
15. c (i also thought d tho)
16. b
17. a
18. c( had no idea)
19. d
20.a
now i had 12c too..but accoridng to the other thread this is wrong. we alll got tricked. bloody BOS
it is d because a because the nominal gdp calculation for year 2...the base yr number is 130...not 100!
dammit
ooh i got caught on this one too. but its not at 2003, its from 2003. so gini is reduing... meaning more equal
meaning they must have increassed welfare?
does that explanation make sense
