nessesary to fill out resignation form?

You have to email the school you're rejecting your offer from and tell them you're no longer continuing with your enrollment there. That's what I had to do too =)

Can't decide between UNSW or USyd Com/Law

I didn't end up going to any Open days but friends tell me USyd has a snobby atmosphere. Have any of you guys experienced that or did my friends' preconceptions affect their perceptions on the day?

Can't decide between UNSW or USyd Com/Law

Hey guys, I was really hoping to get some advice. I can't decide whether to put UNSW or USyd law down first. I'm reasonably sure I'll get the UAI for both so whichever one I put down first in UAC will prob be the uni I end up going to. Anyway, so here's my dilemma, I would like to...

Does the interview time given by Griffith Uni mean anything?

I'm from NSW, so it would definitely be more convenient if our interviews were on the same day. I've emailed them this morning, but they haven't replied back yet, I sort of thought they would've seen the email and replied today but they didn't.

Does the interview time given by Griffith Uni mean anything?

My sister and I have both received interview offers to Griffith Uni for Med Science which leads to a MBBS and we got interviews two days apart. Just wondering if anyone knows whether the interview times were allocated according to UMAT marks or were they just random? *I know UMAT scores are...

    How do you write/type notes?

I think using bullet points and judicious use of underlines and bolded words help you remember what you've typed up. I type up extensive notes for Biology according to each dot point and I find that even if I don't remember everything, in exams, I'll at least remember some of it. :)

    Selective schools

It's not that everyone in selective schools are smarter, it's just that selective schools create/provide a more studious atmosphere than perhaps other non-selective schools, therefore helping students to do well because everyone around them is trying hard. I think you should try for a selective...

Is Law/Actuary Studies degree really hard?

From what everyone is saying, it seems like the combined course is pretty pointless really. I guess I like the double degree because it makes you more employable... I don't know, but unis offer combined degrees because there's a demand for it right?

    Suggestions for English Advanced Tutor

Hey, is anyone going to, or knows a really good English Advanced tutor (in Sydney) whose fees are less than $80 an hour? I'd really appreciate the help! After two assessments I am ranked in the hundreds at my school and would be lucky to even get a Band 4 at this rate.

Is Law/Actuary Studies degree really hard?

I want to do an Actuary/Law degree and I really like the ANU law course - I was reading a brochure on it and I really like their electives. If I stay in Sydney for uni then I can live with my parents but if I move out, then they are most probably going to move overseas, which is what they want...

Is Law/Actuary Studies degree really hard?

I go to a really good school and my grades are still pretty good so I guess I do consider myself an elite student. I just can't decide if going to the university of my choice is worth the extra hard work, compared to if I stay in sydney and basically just live off my parents. Is anyone, or...

Is Law/Actuary Studies degree really hard?

I was wondering how hard it would be to be doing a combined Law/Actuary degree, which I hear is super hard, and be working part time. I'm asking because I can't decide if I should stay in Sydney and go the easy route by going to UNSW and doing their Commerce (Actuarial Studies)/Law degree or...

    Am I screwed?

I just got my half yearly report with two HSC assessments and my English Advanced mark is unbelievably shocking. I am on 76 and am ranked 146/163. Am I totally screwed for my English Advanced mark or can it still be saved if I do well in the next assessment and the trials? Also, I heard they...

    IPT Scaling

My teacher told our class that IPT will scale you down no matter how high your mark is, so, that's pretty strange. And I was wondering, I sat my IPT HSC exam in 2006, but I'm doing the rest of my HSC this year, will IPT be scaled according to 2006 results or will it be scaled according to 2008...
