reseach assignment vs. elective
the general reccomendation from my teacher was unless you have a really good idea for the project that you'd be motivated to achieve and can easily get resources, etc for - then it'd prolly be better doing the electives. Id be interested to hear about some of the things people are doing for...- leumas

Why Isnt Anyone doing Forensic?
Yea - i thought it would be good too - its actually pretty anal really. My teacher spoon-feeds us though - so thats allright- leumas

Another prac they might get u to do thats related to pepsin is this one where you have a pepsin solution in a test tube which is in hot water baths of different temperatures - 30deg, 40deg, 50deg and 60deg and you get some film and time how long it takes for the pepsin 2 dissolve the enzume in...- leumas
