Have you put these marks into the SAM uai calculator?

If I remembered the notes previously, why would I need to cram or study at all? Point is, NOT everyone is the same and for some cramming works effectively.

Well, research can eat shit. I crammed for six hours straight the night before my modern history exam, and I remembered everything well enough to score a mark of 94. :) It's different for everyone, but you can't guarantee that it doesn't work.

[/LIST]WRONG. You can't guarantee this. I'm not saying cramming is a good idea, but for some out there - this works quite well.

Like I said, I'm not suggesting that you not study. Study and rest. Year 11 is NOT worth all the stress.

2007 HSC - Easier or Not?

If you look at the '07 adv english paper, BOS had made the questions so easy that any generic essay would've worked.

Do better next term. I hope you do realise that NONE of your Year 11 marks count towards Year 12. I'm not telling Year 11 kiddies to completely forget about studying, just don't stress about it like your life depends on it. Study when exams are coming up, complete assignments and do your best...

2007 HSC - Easier or Not?

    The '07 paper? Nooo...

So? Can't you just pretend to study some days and actually study on the other days? Seriously, you should all enjoy Year 11. I can understand in some cases like when an MX1 student might need good marks to get into MX2, but other than that - HAVE FUN.

2007 HSC - Easier or Not?

The questions were just easy. I didn't have to think before answering the question. Why does it even matter?

2007 HSC - Easier or Not?

All my exams were easy imo. The Modern History, Eng Adv and EEI papers were easier compared to previous years.

    eng parody

I was only teasing. But, if you've had a look through them all and haven't found what you're after, then most likely it's not there.

    eng parody

Have you bothered looking yourself? Since only you know what you're after, it would make sense to just do it yourself. So lazy. Seriously.

Alice In Wonderland as a Related Text

Can I ask why you've chosen this text? 'Alice in Wonderland' as well as 'The wizard of Oz' are the most commonly used self selected texts. Last year, when a HSC marker for English gave a little talk on the exams, he suggested that we steer clear of popular texts. A lot of people use them, and...

Can I Still Drop A Subject If I Have More Than 10 Units?

You'd know if you've signed it. It's a letter from BOS listing all your HSC subjects. It's like an agreement. You look at the subjects, if you agree and don't want to change anything...you sign the letter and that's it. If you don't agree, you take away the subject you don't want and then sign it.

Can I Still Drop A Subject If I Have More Than 10 Units?

You can, but be sure to do it before you sign the BOS subject confirmation letter (if you haven't already done this).

Re: HSC attendance. Minimum of 80% attendance. I was absent for 47 days, nothing happened to me. :)
