Report on safety of school heaters kept secret

The NSW government is being accused of a cover-up after refusing to release test results it admitted showed ''health effects'' from unflued gas heaters...
One of my friends' brothers received an ATAR of 63 in 2008.
He did a STAT test, and was accepted for B Business @ UTS which (at the time) required a UAI of 90.
What is the likelihood that if I got an ATAR of 70 I could do the same as him (B Bus @ UTS is now 93)?
Thanks.
I've been averaging 60s all year, which is horrible. especially for my subjects.
About 50% of my HSC assessment is over, which means that 25% of my ATAR has been determined, right?
My ATAR goal is 89 for B Business @ UTS.
To achieve that goal, do i need to get 90s from now on? Or...
Does it?
I've heard mixed opinions on this topic.
Having not yet had a proper growth spurt, I am quite confused as to whether or not doing weights would prevent me from getting taller.
Opinions would be much appreciated.
P.S. Do protein powders actually work? Do they actually make you bulk up?
One of my friends yesterday told me that primary or secondary teachers working at public schools can choose to only receive 80% of their annual salary yearly, and after 4 years they can take the 5th year off on FULL pay, meaning they'd get 20% extra.
Can anybody confirm this?
Mum just borrowed it from the local library and thought I'd like it.
Anybody read it? What did you think of it?
Also, if you wanted a good read I'd suggest "The Light Of Other Days" by Arthur C. Clarke and Stephen Baxter. Despite that it's sci-fi I'd recommend it to all :D
