    check if you've missed anything. if you haven't go to the commonwealth assistance form and submit it again, it should say you already did and lets you go to the next step. that's what i did lol

    hm not sure what happen to you, but an hour after my post i was able to log in just fine through OSCAS =S the whole unit thing is confusing me --'
