everything calculation related (moles/volume/concentration/mcat/etc) must be understood well. Avogadro stuff is rarely tested in yr 12 general stuff like solubility, IUPAC, polarity (anything that can be applied to different things) are assumed knowledge. Not much history is passed onto yr 12...
