    Mandatory Sentencing.

Regarding the following: Murder: Potentially, there's a pretty big difference between 25 years and life. :/ Rape:If this is the mandatory sentence, then by allowing a minimum of 25 years for Murder..........Rape > Murder? :/ Assault on Police: Interested to hear reasoning behind treating...

Australia's 2010 World Cup Qualifying Campaign

Lol. The guy looks like he's been plucked from the cast of Little Britain! It's to be expected though, from the poms. They need to take all the chances to take potshots at us, however trivial they may be. Come Ashes time, they'll be hurting.

Crash Scene Desensitisation: Entertainment or Horror?

A disgusting piece of journalism this one, but it raises a moral point that i'm keen to hear people's opinion on. Is this really what we can come to expect from today's society? Or is this more specific of certain areas of Sydney? I don't consider myself a pessimist, but I fight with the...

Nah, PSYC1030. It's a combo of 1010 and 1020. Would have liked to do both 1010 and 1020, but I only had one elective, and wanted the stuff covered in 1020 looked interesting, so I had to go for the shortened version of both. Why you ask?

Hahaha. We had a karaoke night just last weekend for work. I ended up singing duets of 'Endless Love' with one mate, and 'Father & Son' with another. This was all before 11:30pm, after which I left to go to work at CHIC. Pretty sweet night.

Thanks for that, but yeah I have been through the website and read the links you posted in addition to the grad related information. I was just looking for more of a personal account of what working in these business divisions are like, pro's/con's of the grad programs in these units etc...

guidelines on moving into an apartment

    1. Isn't really that much difference. Besides, electricity should be connected anyway if you're renting. :/ 2. Naked plans - Don't need a landline so no need to waste >$30/month on having a phone. 3. Use your mobile for calls.

Yeah, can be restrictive I guess. ...but tell that to the tutors that have to mark the shit when people hand them 3000 word essays for a 10% assessment. Glad i'm not one, although a guy I work with at the AIC is one (can't remember which subject) and he's paid quite handsomely at about...

    Doing honours/masters or PHD

Whenever the employer will pay for it. :D Tbh though, AFAIK, unless you do your honours year, the admission criteria to most Master degrees is around 3-5 years work experience.
