    Studying over Holidays

Why do you need to be told about how many hours you should be studying? Decide that for yourself. Most of your subjects require a lot of note making, so for now just do that and enjoy the holidays. :) Study consistently throughout the year and it'll pay off during your trials and HSC exams.

    How many hrs per night?

david barnes, you made me lol. :o

    How many hrs per night?

The only study I did throughout the HSC, was cramming. :o Seriously though, you don't need to ask others about how many hours a night you should be studying. Study as much as you feel you need to but in the end, if you study too much - you'll tire yourself out and it won't pay off. During...

It's best for you to ignore senseless posts. :D

    How many hrs per night?

Like...NO. 8-10 hours during holidays and stuvac makes sense, but thats it. For every other night, 2-3 should do just fine - as long as it's productive.

To Drop or not to drop?

If 2U Math is too much for you, I'd suggest you drop to General. Maintain marks of 85+ in general math and you'll be fine. :) Edit: If the course you want to do, lists 2U Math as assumed or recommended knowledge - you can always do a bridging course.

Questions about the Tafe Environment (PLEASE ANSWER - thanks so much!)

One of my HSC subjects was a VET course, so I had to go to Tafe to complete it. It was the best subject I had. The tafe environment is great. Very relaxed and the teachers are quite helpful. Also, the work seemed rather easy. :D

    Im about to cry.....

You're probably a VERY capable student, but if you keep stressing the way you are...you'll recieve a mark in the shits. Your internal mark will be halved and added to the other half, which is your external mark (HSC exams). So, even if you dont ace the internals - you can make up for it in...

How can I improve my marks to get UAI 98.65?

Stop whinging and worrying about failing. Study, study and study CONSISTENTLY. Failing assessments worth 10% are not to stress over. Just kill every other exam that comes your way.

Very low requiring UAI uni courses?

Talk about lazy. Look through the UAC guide book - it was given to you for a reason.

    The Official Crap UAI Thread

Kiddies who recieved uais of 55+ can easily squeeze into most courses at UWS. Once you're in, you can transfer later. :) UWS give 5 points if you live within the area (Sth west etc) & another 5 points for doing certain subjects, as long as your results fall in the right bands.
