I can give you my experience of uws law. Very good, you can appreciate the fact that they have some excellent people working there but you will still be questioned for going to uws (unfortunately)- but if reputation doesn't matter then uws would be fine. Norte dame isn't an option in my opinion

LAW471- commercial law- Difficulty- not very hard Pros- Shayne teaches it, black letter, good assessments. Cons- none. Marks range- easier than most to get a distinction.

well the assessments were stated in an email from the Dean. The hours were stated in the application form and the 'easy' part was stated by an academic advisor so I think you can take it as authority.

without reading all the above because I can't be bothered I'll give you my 2 cents: LAW208- easy to get a C LAW314- pain in the arse, Ian is a truely terrible tutor/lecturer and if you can write good essays you will get a C or D- and you only need to learn 1/4 of the content. LAW316-...

doubt you'll need one for notes unless you don't print your lecture slides. you'll prob need one to do assignments on...

just to conclude- all the above posts at this time are wrong. all law students will have to do PACE as part of their degrees- but it should be seen as a good thing. It is Macquarie Law School making students go into law firms/legal centres to gain experience which should help with getting jobs...
