I am. 27 hours of class on my timetable :P For my degree it says the maximum is 24cp a semester, so it wouldn't let me do it via MyUni, I had to go in and get the woman at the Science Faculty office to do it.

Okay don't listen to this. Going to tutes is a good idea and for a lot of subject it is compulsory. It doesn't say week 1, so why would you go week 1..?

Yeah the chem book is a waste of money. Pay attention in lectures and anything that isn't explained in the lectures well enough can be looked up on the internet. I used my book maybe 5 times the whole year. So not worth it.

Uhhhh I seriously suggest you put that Wednesday tute somewhere else because it's really not motivating to show up to that tute the weeks you don't have bio pracs.

I did that subject :D It's a really great subject. For me it was taught really well and well paced. I really didn't like the history component though. Glad I don't have to do that this year. Go to the lectures a learn a bit for the short essays at the end of semester. So many people I know...

If you want to check if you can get a better timetable, but don't end up getting one when customising, DON'T press "Allocate me a timetable similar to this". Simple.

It says you're not allowed to specifically pick tutes and stuff. Plus, going into uni is effort. I got what I wanted eventually so it's okay.

Re: doing a double degree with a B Sc, not taking any actual science units til next y I'm going into my second year and now I'm doing first year bio having not done it last year and did HSC bio. So I'll let you know soon :P

I don't think they're looking at a mark in particular. They just give out offers to the best scores.
