Provided you get some sort of work experience during your degree, you won't be disadvantaged from going to a less prestigious university.

How long is a graduate course after i graduate from a related undergraduate degree?

Re: How long is a graduate course after i graduate from a related undergraduate degre The availability of postgraduate degree DOES NOT mirror what is available for undergraduate degrees. They are totally different things so what you see is what you get. There are no courses missing. You seem...

Re: How long is a graduate course after i graduate from a related undergraduate degre No. You seem to be confusing the options for undergraduate study for postgraduate study. They are not the same thing.

    Question about offers?

Yes you can but offers are only given to highest preferences.

For all those who got 90+ ATARS....

Pretty much this. Didn't do any independent study during the HSC so most of my work at home was focused on assignments. I only looked at past papers during exam preparation time (both Trials and HSC). Listen in class and make sure you understand the content. Exam-wise, I refrained from...

HSC - falling short of required ATAR for MACQ course!

It would be quite a long shot as traditionally, the cutoff for degrees in later rounds increases. If you go to UWS, I'm sure you could transfer into MACQ but I would suggest aiming for a Distinction average. Try to avoid getting just passes as that could hurt your chances.

Is it possible to do two courses at once?

What do you mean by classes? 4 or 5 units would be the highest recommended amount of work you could do per semester. As shadowdude said, please elaborate on your situation.

    Any Chance?

I would be highly inclined to say no but just in case leave B.Ec as your first preference through all the rounds.

Quick question on preferences and getting an offer??

No. If the first preference doesn't change between rounds, then you will get no offer.

Quick question on preferences and getting an offer??

You only get one offer per round. What you are offered is based on how you've ranked your choices. As a result, you can get multiple offers from Uni X but will only have one available to accept.

    Debatable.

Got just under the cut off...is there still a chance for me?

No, the ATAR is valid in all states except Queensland at face value.

    Cutoff and the Offer Rounds

You will just have to wait and see. The cutoff may rise, fall or stay the same depending on how demand has changed since 2010 and how many spots are available. It's something really difficult to quantify unless you actually work for UAC.

when are 2011 atar cut-offs released?

Re: when is 2011 atar cut-off released? The updated cut-offs are "released" on the same day as the main round offers.

    +5 ATAR for Sport?

The offer is only applicable to certain degrees and the cut-off gap may be narrowed for competitive degrees. You've got awhile till your HSC so I wouldn't worry about this at the moment.

happy but want to kill myself?

Listen to Justin Bieber on a loop. This commonly induces brain death from over exposure. Please reconsider though.

    Atar estimate ?

ATAR calculator on Matrix suggests an ATAR of around 72.

    USYD flexi entry

When I say band, I mean the gap between the official cutoff for the degree and the flexible entry cutoff.
