TPC or HSC for 16 year old who's been out of school since early 2011.
Best advice I think would be to phone the university in which you would like to apply and ask about TPC.... Do they have allocated places for student who receive a TPC and to what course they apply to. I'm from the country and a TPC entry is used at CSU. Look at different universities and also... -
