No, I dont remember any M&G stuff even in Physical Modelling. Don't worry about what you hate in your HSC (I hate the whole idea of physics actually), youll get into uni and youll basically be doing it again and youll get everything. Dont scare them off with "lots of maths" and "derive shit"...

Depends what stuff you wanna do, Electrical has more programming subjects (Adv Digital Systems, Embedded C, Control and other shit) and not to mention Circuit Analysis. I'm doing Electrical but Mechatronics or Mechanical actually looks more interesting. Also Mechanical and Mechatronics people...

I agree,,the talks with people doing your major were helpful. The guy even gave us advice on how many subjects to take up on a sem since some of them are REALLY hard....

how do u register for UPASS? it says on the site that you have to be enrolled on the subject and that it would come out as wks on your mysubject activities but i cant see it. do you have to register for chem learning centre or do you just attend 1 if you like to?

well my tuesday sched goes from 8 am to 8pm,,so i would want to change it if i can.

the engineering guys told us (he could be joking) there would be bunk beds on camp but they still recommend bringing sleeping bags,,they didnt say anything about pillows being there though

u get a total of 10 pts so u can get in with 75. just make sure youur questionnaire expresses your interest in engineering well. or you can just choose an "unpopular" discipline, like electrical. u can transfer anyways.
