Nope. She will be PM until the election.

    2013 Federal election

Can't believe the fucking age. Oh hey let's report on the minutiae of the labor leadership at every possible opportunity, and on the fact that the PM fell over or got hit by a sandwhich and on pretty much everything that ISN'T the policies of the two major parties then chuck a dummy spit an...

    Xbox One vs. PS4

If companies can't make money off selling games new then perhaps they should be charging more for them first time around? I think you're misunderstanding me a bit. Always on for the fundamental purpose of gameplay =/= always on for the purposes of DRM and not being able to re-sell/gift your...

    Xbox One vs. PS4

Yeah Christian, I don't see why having cloud gaming should require overly restrictive DRM. Why couldn't you have games in the cloud but still be able to share them in the same way as a disc?

    Xbox One vs. PS4

I'm surprised you are pro DRM tbh. Doesnt it violate your sense of property rights and all that jazz.

    Xbox One vs. PS4

I think what puts me off is the little things. E.g. Both times I've moved houses myself its been a good 2-4 weeks before Internet gets reconnected. During that time having a working console was the best. But it's not my primary concern, Xbox would have had to really wow me to make me switch anyway

    Xbox One vs. PS4

PS4. Because I think the 24 hour thing is BS and I like PS3. Depends on release day. I might pick up a cheap/early one when I'm overseas at the end of the year if its not in Aus

So what are you guys playing at the moment?

Ended up relenting on the Last Of Us. So far it's good. It's more linear than I expected, but there's no doubt it's engaging, and challenging in a satisfying way.

    2013 Federal election

This is a much more articulate way of saying what I was driving at. If the "gender wars" had been rejected you would expect to see the female vote drop as well

    Wrong again m8

    2013 Federal election

I see it differently. If indeed the shift in polling is due to men changing votes it shows just how sexist this country is a d completely vindicates Gillard.

So what are you guys playing at the moment?

Lol just about to ask the same thing. I am sorely tempted but I haven't unused Tomb Raider yet which I bought last week :-/

    2013 Federal election

First off, everybody jumped to the conclusion that that's what concerned me most about the article I posted (which it didn't, it was actually the changes to health, pensions, aging and education). I don't disagree with genuine public service efficiencies, as I've said a few times recently. I do...

    2013 Federal election

Not to toot my own horn, but not fucking likely. I certainly contribute more to society than using GPS to help planes

    2013 Federal election

I was more concerned with possible changes to the aged pension etc. actually

I didn't realize that that entirely of the health system takes place within hospitals oh wait it doesn't
