They did say I can sumbit supporting documents by late November.. but im not certain about applying late. . The book don't say much..

I'mm sure board of studies can afford a damn scanner that can scan stuff in pencil. Seriously, even a scanner half a century ago can pick up a pencil mark... If not, then they've just been busy filling their pockets with cash and we just get screwed.

So.. I am getting forced to get eas by my parents.. I have not applied yet, do yous thing im still eligible for eas at this point?? They did say on time closing date is by 27th September 2013 And its been just over a month Haven't even submitted the form.. and has no documents.. nothing...

Okay, by low atar, I mean below 60s........ I've heard you could possible do bridging course for B.Physics and then do really good (With WAM or something?) And then transfer to B.Engineering. Would that be possible? I do 4u maths Phys, chem and standard english.... sigh :(
