Is it possible to use a text that you've already studied in year 11 as a belonging related text - would it seem as though you're taking the 'easy way out' to teachers and markers?

So with the whole new hospitality marking criteria everything has changed and now my Half yearlies count 40% of my mark and my trials are 60%. What im wondering is, under the new rules, are our assessment marks counted towards our ATAR mark - as do with other subjects going with the 50/50 play...
