I saw some article on the net saying that people are starting to camp instead of going to the hotels up Surfers due to the prices, got me thinking... is anyone doing that this year ?
it actually seems half decent.
Just do a circuit style workout every Monday, Wednesday, Friday & cardio on your treadmill every Tuesday & Thursday. That with a proper healthy diet should help you tenfold.... but if your extremely desperate, like EXTREMELY, use those fat blaster pills.
