do y have any volunteering or leadership positions at school? I literally had one for wellbeing leader and we did absolutely nothing... Theres also peer support?? Idk if ur religious but for me I had volunteering as a youth teacher for children's bible studies at my local church.

I mean there's small volunteering stuff like selling Christmas cards which I did last week. But leadership positions are already full and I didn't get any. But there are some stuff I can do at my church like this charity thingy they have and also they have Sunday school but these kids are chaotic and I don't want to deal with my brother lol

yes thats fine. lol or u could even just add the word leader to it we all did 'Peer Support Leader'

I did peer support in year 10 tho. But I'm applying some jobs and vinnies so hopefully I'll get something

yes definitely do the charity thing and just get a leadership/volunteering appropriate title for the christmas cards one. Im pretty sure you only need like 2-3 extracurriculars. I'm sure some other roles in ur school could come up early next year, if they do make sure to join them. Make sure you have good teachers if its a school role that are gonna actually check their emails/phone calls as ur references...
And dont even worry if you dont get in. There is ALWAYS the Schools Recommendation Scheme. Just ask whoever in ur school is responsible for it to actually do it for u

honestly I didn't even do that much for the chrstimas card one cause not many people came so they dismissed me cause they didn't need me. But for SRS, I don't know if my grades are good enough and the leaders and achievers one is the easiest to get into I think as long as I have extra curricular

nope I didnt get in leaders & achievers even tho my grades were all As and Bs but I got in through SRS! Also, correct me if Im wrong, but I think leaders & achievers scheme gives a scholarship/money to the student?

81 for physics
87 for maths standard
82 for Biology
91 for English standard
83 for legal studies.

Fingers crossed, though in the words of M.r gonna cost ya, you won't need luck if you studied.

yeah I think so. anyways ik law is competitive as hell everywhere and there are only so many spots they can give. idk abt other degrees lol like I said ppl who failed chem, maths and more got into engineering soooo idk

I reckon physics will be like 78 or something it was harder than last years and previous years but it’s not gonna have the crazy alginement as 2019

Actually, I think legal studies would be 82 or even 80. There was more application of knowledge than last year's.

Examples of some Moderately or extensively challenging questions (for 2023) were the energy and orbits questions as well as the 7 mark calculation question for projectile motion.

if legal scales up then why do i always here that business, pe and legal are the worst scaling subjects

nah I don’t think the exam this year was rlly textbook questions. They had specific questions rlly such as the romer question like the speed of light which it wasn’t that hard but it may been pretty difficult to understand especially looking at the loads of unnecessary information that was given which could have co fused students. Another example is the last question 8 marker where it was a niche topic about conservation of momentum which we haven’t rlly delved into as much since yr 11. The 8 markers and 6 marker questions, they were good questions except the theoretical and experimental one idk how u can yap that much for so that’s that . The module 6 questions were less this year but that last module 6 question was definently not a textbook question. So like it was pretty much a lot of theory just 25 marks of long responses that’s why I’m thinking it’s harder than 2024 and 2023 and expecting a lower b6 cutoff
