Go to the top right of this page and click "settings", then click "edit signature" on the left hand side under "My profile".

Haha Hey Welcome to BoS

If you look at the top right of the screen you will see a settings section

If you click that you will be directed to a different page

If you look to the left you'll find a column with all these settings things and you'll see my settings

Under my settings is edit signature

From there you can add your subjects and they will be shown each time you make a post
