Yeah, self explanation is one of my study methodsI'm ok-ish content with my % and (estimates of) ranks (because we're not told our ranks in year 11 I don't think //cries), especially with the subjects in where I'm actually helping people. I find teaching others reinforces my grasp on the concept more than the people I'm actually explaining to tbh

Why not? If she/he is going to do badly at adv, then it may be in their best interest to go to standard. I mean, no amount of scaling will up your score to say 90+ if you're at the bottom of the cohort (or think you may be in the bottom half) unless you go to ruse. (haha stereotype much?XD)
