What are you leaning towards? Already made up your mind? Why or why not? Buying on release?
UK or US? Is it going to be region locked though?Amazon have the PS4 for $399. No way I'm paying local prices.
IIRC region locking is up to the whims of the publisher. It isn't region locked by default.UK or US? Is it going to be region locked though?
in what way is it "too restrictive"PS3 eventually
microcunts way too restrictive
srsly its a joke
Good idea. I don't mind the logging in every 24 hours because I have a wireless router anyway.PS4.
Because I think the 24 hour thing is BS and I like PS3.
Depends on release day. I might pick up a cheap/early one when I'm overseas at the end of the year if its not in Aus
I think it's still got NTSC for muricans as well. I dunno whether Australian TV's have compatibility with it or not, but I think some actually do.I definitely prefer the PS4 but I think I might give console gaming a miss for the upcoming generation considering the huge price disparities between games on PC and console games.
Looking to buy a gaming PC and make the money back on heavily discounted games.

in what way is it "too restrictive"
the stuff about games; can only use games for one console
kinect always on (you can tell your kinect to turn the xbone on)in what way is it "too restrictive"
this is all dumb and obviously damage control
Borrowing single player games could be a bit of a hassle though as you would either need to know how to log into your mate's account or have them come over and do it themselves every time you wanna play it"If you take it to their house and try to play it on their system using your account, you won't need to pay."
Not as bad as first thought then.
wii u plus ps4 (wii u cos nintendo has badass first party, ps4 cos wii u is terrible for a lot of the really good third party titles and online)
