Depends on the questions. I generally plan to do it in order- S1, S2, S3 but in trials I did S2, S1, S3. I'll always do the essay last though

I'll normally just do S1, S2, S3. I find doing the short answer first is best when I've just read the sources (in the reading time), and I like to leave the essay til last so I know how much time I have to spend on it.

Depending on the questions S2 or S3 first. I will always do S1 last and leave the most time for it.

Agreed, I find short answer the most difficult
My reasoning is just that I read slower and I believe short answer to be a free 15 marks so I spend the most time on it to ensure at least a 13 in it :p

Creative (easiest to change if I run out of time)

I guess it depends on the Qs-I'd probably tackle the most WTH question first. But i like to start with the creative or the essay and break it up with the short answers and finish it off with the essay/creative. (breaks up the writing a bit cause you pause as you re read over the extracts in Section 1).

I don't think i'm going to use reading time to read the sources ... I just forget them anyway. More likely planning my essay and creative in my head

Depends on the question really. But usually I do them in sequential order. Hoping I could get my story down in under 20 minutes so I could have a good attempt at the essay or make up time for unseen texts.

your story will be like 650-700 words MAX in that case. wouldn't that be a little short?

Yea its ~800. That's why I said i'm hoping. But really, I think the shortest I can go is maybe 30 minutes cos i gotta mould my story to fit the stimulus. Just hoping for the best.

I'm a moderate paced writer and I can get my 860 word creative out in 28 minutes, you should be able to get yours out in the low 20s, Alkanes.
