B Science/ Arts not sure what to major. Do i need to decide it in the first yr or second yr???

You do need to have some idea of your majors in first year as you will need to do the junior units for your majors this year.

Right, when do i decide my timetable etc as i wont be able to go to enrollment periods so i wont be able to know. Any idea. BTW one of my friend is goind for me (proxy)

You will tell your proxy what units you want to do and they will enroll in those units for you at enrollment. (You can change them later however)

Yes. At enrollment you enroll in your units for both semester 1 and 2. As I said, you can always change these later.

Ah so i can change it online before sem 1 commence. But i will need to tell my proxy first before hand. right??? Correct me if im wrong. Appreciate ur help Rafy.

Just go and they'll enrol all first year subjects for you since Engineering first year is all core subjects anyway.
