eating . LOL jks. no not really . i eat heaps while i'm studying . although i've read it's not good to eat large amounts of food while studying as your body focuses digesting your food rather than aiding your concentration - so you feel lazy and tired .
because i study individually , sometimes i find it less stressful to study with a friend who is - NOT - distractive . that way , when you see them working , you'll be motivated to work too . you can help each other out.
exercising helps releases stress chemicals (stress chemicals? HAHA . wrong ..terminology. but anyway) so you can relax and be able to focus more.
i dance, sing, and hang out with my friends at home doing absolutely nothing but lounging and sleeping to pass stress . hehe
