some people i know say that uni is SO much stressful than HSC but then i have people saying that once you finish your HSC and you go uni all this stress is gone cause uni is more relaxing.

I've found that so far it's a mix which can depend on each subject. It can be rather stressful the day before an assignment's due; for myself, during high school I found assignments fairly easy but now I get some that are trivial and others which are quite challenging.

The rest of the time though it's fairly relaxed, you can decide your own timetable and study patterns (outside of lectures and tutorials). I rather enjoy the fact that my earliest class is 10am. :D

Waking up at 2PM and deciding to skip all of your classes so you can sit around masturbating all day is incredibly stressful.

For 2nd year science if you choose lab heavy subjects- hell no.

First year is very, very cruisy though.

I am finding this to be the case also.

All depends on what you are doing though I guess.

Well that was first year science. Changed from a mix with arts subjects though, they are mind numbingly easy.

I would do anything to go back to year 12.
The amount of work required in engineering is a joke.

Stressful like two days before assessments are due but other than that no. Plus the uni (or at least the Arts faculty, dunno about the rest) seems to have a much more relaxed policy on late hand-ins than my school did so if I ever actually failed to produce something on time I know it wouldn't trigger an apocalypse.

ive heard my engo friends saying this too.
esp those doing engo/law.

Im taking 3 advanced subjects in the first year + an intro sub, its not too bad. A good timetable, and time management is all you need.:)
Im doing engo/commerce and it's pretty full on. Specially since I am overloading.
engo/law would be death.

haha

no one studies their ass off in uni

it's harder, but no one gives a fuck... in the hsc you need 95+ to pass (i.e. achieve your aim), whereas in uni you need 50, so the difficulty is compensated for by the incredibly low target
