NEWTOWN! My parents used to live there.. I wish they didn't moved out. :(

Glebe!

Nice houses, nice shops, nice people. Walking distance to the city, close to Broadway, walking distance to central. Easy walk to Newtown which has good food.

now that i think about it again, i'd say Paddington, five Ways is like a cleaner king st and newtown.

Gotta love the fact that my friends think the places they live (Carlingford/Epping area) is better than the Lower North Shore. Come on.

Probably Chatswood. It's convenient, safe, lively, good location (close to city) and of higher socio-economic status compared to most other suburbs.

Yeah except north-west sydney is a bastard to get out of (esp to the city).


I quite like Brighton. Moved here a few months ago and I love that I have restaurants and the bay a short walk away, and the city is so close so it's easy to get to uni.
