I fucked it up completely. Didn't wait for the icing to cool, made the bread too thick. When I tried to roll it up, it broke into three chunks. I ended up with three pieces of cake covered in lemon icing.

i just made a chocolate mud pudding wtih cointreau.

its in the oven cooking as we speak..

mm taste tested it.. OMG YUM. its like a rich chocolatey pudding with a hit of orange in it. it reminds me of that dark chocolate with the orange in it... sort of like jaffa but darker
