Who else here thinks they are going to or have failed their half yearlies ?

I have a deep feeling I'm going to fail mine even though I'm trying hard to study :mad1:

If anybody has already done them, did you find them easy? and did you study real hard?

I have mine the first day back to school.

I start mine on Thursday. I'm feeling alright about them, I just need to do some last minute cramming. :)

We have heard nothing about them, and our asessment booklet has not indicated an exam block dedicated to half yearlies, but prelim exams are all scheduled in.

I really hope that means we don't have them :)

yes, unfortunately, I have half-yearlies in week 2. I really hate them all crammed into one week, it is far more stressful. but i guess that's preparing us for the nature of the hsc lol.

dont think I will fail.. at least I hope I wont. havent really done much these holidays upon doctor's instructions (I have severe back problems).

I have my half-yearly exams in Week 6. Plenty of time to study but I guess the closer it gets the more stressful it will become and I will get more worried... for the time being I will focus on my maths and maintaining decent ranks in my year 11 subjects.

Don't stress... and most of all, DO NOT PROCRASTINATE! I did this all holidays (procrastinating, that is) and I need to get a move on with my school stuff in the last 3 days now.

I wish everyone luck with their 1/2 yealies if they haven't done them already.

I've already had mine and they were quite good except for the science ones which had weird questions.

Study, study and study :p

I forgot to mention. For math, do HSC/trial questions because they're the type of questions you'll be asked. And some teachers literally use past HSC/trial questions completely or with a few changes in names/numbers :D

And don't worry about procrastinating. Just use this year to work out how to study and what motivates you to study :)

Have you guys covered all the content that is going to be tested in your half-yearlies? My Chemistry Exam is going to be composed of the first two models but my class hasn't even managed to finsh the first one yet.
