I'm not sure if anyone eats as much bread as me (i practically make and eat my own sandwhiches for breakfast, lunch and dinner), but what are your favourite brands/types?

Mine are:

- Helga's "Seed Sensations" White Sourdough Bread

- Noble Rise Outback Spices and Grains Bread

Any plain white bread for me.....even though i should start getting healthier and eating stuff with all the grains and wholemeals in it.....meh....i'll start next week (thats what i said 2 weeks ago)

Helgas wholegrain pretty much go through 4 loaves of that a week. Thats right I eat $20 worth of toast a week.

this is an obese nation where the majority of people believe 'coles homebrand superwhite bread' makes a decent meal - but in that bread, you have no fibre, no b vitamins, no nothing, just empty carbs- it's just disgusting! So NO bread is not bread!
