1. ANY Lucasarts adventure game of the 90s (Sam and Max. Monkey Island. DOTT. Indiana Jones. Absolute perfection!)
2. Civilization IV (simply magnificent, and addictive too).
3. FIFA 96 (the game that got me into soccer. Am I a nerd or am I a nerd?)
4. KOTOR (1, not 2. The second one was kinda weak, especially the ending).
5 (tied). Half Life 2 and Team Fortress 2 (the pinnacles of single and multiplayer shooters respectively.)

I realise how absurdly subjective and flawed this list is. Perhaps rather than the objective best games of all time (for that would deny giants such as Quake, Oblivion or Kolibiri, arguably the finest hummingbird-based shooter for the 32x), I suppose it is the 5 games that have most affected me, but that I'm not embarrassed by!
